Painted Hills Natural Beef Top Sirloin (cut into small chunks)

Onion, coarsely chopped

ground cumin

ground coriander

ground chili
1/4
Tsp.
Ground smoky paprika

Beef Stock

Canned whole tomatoes

can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Chopped Coriander

Sour Cream to serve, if desired

Olive oil
Instructions
Heat a little oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Add the steak, cook until just browned.
Add the onion, cumin, ground coriander, chili and paprika to the meat, cook and stir for 2 mins. Add the stock and tomato
Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 11/4 hours, stirring regularly. Uncover and cook for another 30 mins, or until the meat is very tender.
Add the kidney beans and cook for another 10 mins. Stir through the salt, pepper and coriander
To serve, top with a dollop of sour cream if desired
