Ingredients

  • 1LbsPainted Hills Natural Beef Ground Beef
  • 1LbsPainted Hills Natural Beef Bacon
  • 4xPotatoes
  • 1Unit(s)Shredded Cheese
  • 1xChopped Parsley
  • 1Carton(s)Sour Cream
  • 1xAny Craved Toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. While it pre-heats, rub potatoes in olive oil, use a fork to poke holes all over the potato, and place on a baking sheet. Before placing in the oven, sprinkle salt and pepper on the skins. Bake potatoes for roughly 1 hour.
  2. While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon. Cook it a little crisper than usual so it dices easier.
  3. Then, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. We like to use the bacon drippings as seasoning.
  4. Chop the bacon into bits. You can use a chopper or a cutting board and knife.
  5. Once the potatoes are tender, slice them in half and top with butter. We add a little salt and pepper to taste here too.
  6. Once butter is melted, top with bacon and ground beef.
  7. Add any additional toppings! You can get creative here but we topped with onions, cheese, parsley, and sour cream.
