All beef products are shipped on Wednesday in order to avoid weekend shipping delays, and guarantee the freshness of the products you purchased. If you purchase a product Wednesday-Tuesday at 5 pm PST, your beef products will ship the Wednesday following your order. $75 minimum purchase on the total of beef items in your cart.

Hey, thanks for buying beef! When buying individual beef cuts or beef boxes, we have a $75 order minimum for the total of the items from the Beef category.
