All beef products are shipped on Wednesday in order to avoid weekend shipping delays and guarantee the freshness of the products you purchased. If you purchase a product Thursday-Tuesday, your beef products will ship the Wednesday following your order. $75 minimum purchase on the total of beef items in your cart.
