What is prime beef:
It’s the USDAs highest quality grade of beef. It’s produced from well-bred and well-fed beef cattle. It has abundant marbling (the amount of fat interspersed with lean meat), and is generally prepared in restaurants and served in hotels and special occasion’s. While choice beef is high quality, it has less marbling than beef graded prime.
