  • 14LbsPainted Hills Natural Beef Prime Rib
  • 1xCountry Catering BBQ Seasoning and Rub


  1. Season meat to taste and heat Traeger to 185°
  2. Add meat to the grill and cook for 1 hour
  3. Turn up temperature to 195° and then slowly raise heat to 225°
  4. Cook for about 3 hours more and meat thermometer should read 129° when done
  5. Take meat off the grill when done and let rest for 15 minutes
  6. Served with corn on the cob, fresh melon, caprese salad, mushroom risotto, sautéed zucchini and sweet onions
